Which of our valuation options is best for you?

There are three main types of property valuations so whether you're just curious or looking to sell your home in the near future, there is an option that is suitable for you.

Computerised Instant Valuation

Automated property valuations use mathematical modelling combined with data. These tools calculate a property’s value at a specific point in time by analysing values of comparable properties, they also take into account current asking prices, previous surveyor valuations, historical house price movements and user inputs (e.g. number of bedrooms, property improvements, etc.).

This type of valuation provides basic details and gives you an approximate price in 60 seconds. It offers a valuation range depending on the condition of your home which is perfect if you're just curious about the value of property. These valuations are approximately 60-70% accurate.

Professional Digital Valuation

Also known as an 'Enhanced Valuation', this provides a more accurate valuation without an agent needing to step through your front door. You provide details of your property along with any major improvements you have made, upload some photos and one of our fully qualified professional agents will be able to send you a detailed valuation report. This is around 80-90% accurate and is ideal if you're thinking of selling in 6-12 months.

Face to Face Valuation

One of our experienced and fully qualified agents will meet you in your home and discuss your property including any improvements you have made and your future plans. Using our expert knowledge and comparable data we will provide a marketing plan that explains how we will achieve a premium sale price for your property. This is 100% accurate and perfect if you're looking to move in the near future.
